Hello everyone, welcome to Chengpan Tea House, a tea shop near Dadaocheng, specializing in Taiwanese tea, Once elected「ITQI 」International Taste & Quality Institute,「Monde Selection」International Ins

The most common tea varieties grown in Taiwan are Jinxuan and Qingxin Oolong. The different tea production processes create changes in the flavor of the tea.

Three representative teas of light Oxidation:


1.Jinxuan-Jinxuan variety: creamy fragrance, a special fragrance of the variety


2.Alishan-Qingxin Oolong variety: light fermentation process, with floral fragrance


3.Dongding Oolong-Qingxin Oolong Variety: Pay attention to roasting technology, make the flavor presentation more layered, and bring out the honey fragrance


Today I prepared two kinds of Taiwanese tea for you to taste.


One is Dongding Oolong, The tea aroma of Dongding Oolong is roasted and has fruity, fire and honey aroma. The tea soup is orange in color. Dried tea color is brown.

Second tea is. Alishan-Qingxin Oolong, The tea aroma of Alishan-Qingxin Oolong is a characteristic floral fragrance without baking. The tea soup is light yellow in color. Dried tea color is dark green.


Now I will introduce the order of tasting tea, The first step is to look at the tea soup.

The second step is to smell the tea. The third part is swallowing with a mouthful of tea. The last step is to exhale and experience the aroma of tea in your mouth

看茶湯→聞茶香→含一口→吞下去→呼出一口氣體驗茶留在口中的香氣
